Renogy Rover Li 60A wiring diagram
60 A Rover with lithium profiles; verify the hardware part number against RNG-CTRL-RVR60-G1 instructions. That manual specifies 145 V maximum PV and manual lithium battery-voltage selection. Bluetooth requires a separate module.

Sized against ABYC E-11. The design current is the unit's rated output. The length is one way; voltage drop includes an equal-length return.
Run-length and manufacturer assumptions
The editable example uses 3.048 m (10 ft) runs unless a shorter run is stated. Metric overviews round these to 3 m. Adapt the parts and lengths to your installation before choosing cable and protection.
Supporting parts
- 6.1 m total of 25 mm² (4 AWG) marine cable
- Terminations for 25 mm² cable, matched to the equipment's screw terminals, leads or studs
- 80 A fuse and holder on the positive run
- Heat-shrink, strain relief and terminal boots sized to the cable
Check stud sizes, fuse type, run length and how warm the space gets against the gear you actually have before you order.

Which Rover is covered?
The “Rover Li 60A” catalog name is treated here as the lithium-capable RNG-CTRL-RVR60 / RNG-CTRL-RVR60-G1 covered by Renogy's manual. A distinct “Li 60” part number has not been established; verify the nameplate before applying these instructions. The A5 specification table gives 60 A charging, nominal 12/24/36/48 V banks, and a 145 V maximum solar open-circuit voltage. Use that limit with cold-weather panel voltage, not a rounded 150 V family description.
How do the terminals map?
Crimp's PV + / PV − map to the controller's PV terminals; BATT + / BATT − map to BAT+ and BAT−. Physical LOAD+ / LOAD−, chassis grounding, temperature sampling, voltage sensing, parallel-operation, RS232, and RS485 connections are not shown. Do not use the missing LOAD connection as if it were a second 60 A charging output.
Connect the battery before the solar array. Renogy specifically warns that reverse-polarity protection does not apply when solar is connected before the battery. The internal drawing on printed page 3 identifies the closely spaced BAT and LOAD terminals, so check their labels before tightening wires.
What protection and cable limits apply?
The installation guide specifies a 75 A ANL battery fuse and shows battery protection close to the battery. Power terminals accept up to 4 AWG, with 20 mm stripping length and 1.2 N·m tightening torque. These connector limits do not select the correct conductor for an arbitrary run; use the installation cable table and actual voltage-drop requirements.
Maximum solar input power is 800/1600/2400/3200 W for 12/24/36/48 V respectively. Check both array voltage and power, plus the panel string protection requirements.
How are lithium and monitoring configured?
Set battery type and nominal voltage through the parameter menu. In LI mode there is no AUTO battery-voltage selection: choose 12, 24, 36, or 48 V deliberately. Verify the charging settings and low-temperature permission against the battery/BMS requirements. The manual lists no lithium temperature compensation.
Bluetooth is external: BT-1 uses RS232; BT-2 uses RS485, as shown on printed page 21. Choose the correct port and module; Bluetooth is not built into this controller.
Where should it be mounted?
Use a dry, ventilated indoor position with 150 mm clearance above and below, away from accumulated battery gases. The IP32 enclosure is not an exposed-deck rating. Output reduces above 45°C, so retain airflow even when the controller is hidden in a cabinet.

Connect it to the rest of your system.
Describe your setup to draft a system with Rover Li 60A connected. Review the selected parts and cable lengths, then edit the diagram in Crimp.
The model only picks parts and draws the connections. Every wire size and fuse rating still comes from Crimp's own sizing, never from the model.
