Blue Sea 6011 Dual Circuit Plus wiring diagram
Dual Circuit Plus battery switch: one knob switches start and house circuits together (OFF / ON / COMBINE), keeping the banks isolated in ON and paralleling them in COMBINE. 300 A continuous per circuit; 3/8-inch-16 studs.

Cable sizing for this example
Use the diagram as a starting point for your installation. Replace the example equipment and cable lengths with your own, and check the connections against your exact model's instructions.
Cable sizes depend on the connected equipment, current and cable lengths. Add those details in Crimp to size each run.

What does the 6011 switch independently?
The Blue Sea 6011 m-Series Dual Circuit Plus is a four-terminal switch with OFF, ON and COMBINE positions. One knob operates the starter and house circuits together. In ON, each battery supplies its own circuit; COMBINE connects both banks to both load groups. This is different from a 1-2-BOTH selector with one common load terminal.
In Crimp, connect the starter bank to 1 and starter feed to C1, and the house bank to 2 and house distribution to C2. ON joins 1-C1 and 2-C2 separately; COMBINE joins all four. The physical switch repeats circuit numbers 1 and 2 on its paired studs; C1 and C2 are canvas labels. Follow the rear-view drawing on page 2 when identifying the real studs.
Both circuits carry positive conductors. The manufacturer's product specifications explicitly prohibit using Dual Circuit Plus to switch positive and negative together: COMBINE would join those conductors.
What current and cable ratings apply?
The installation sheet specifies 300 A continuous, 450 A for 5 minutes and 675 A for 30 seconds, per circuit, with a maximum of 32 V DC. These ratings require one 4/0 AWG (120 mm²) cable on each terminal; Blue Sea states that smaller cables reduce the switch's current ratings. The 300 A label alone does not validate a smaller connected cable.
The tin-plated copper studs are 3/8-inch-16, accepting 3/8-inch or M10 ring terminals. Attach cable lugs beneath the lock washer and nut and tighten to 120 in-lb (13.56 N·m). Choose the cable and circuit protection for the actual load and installation. A battery switch supplies isolation, not overcurrent protection; the installation sheet gives no universal fuse size.
How should OFF and COMBINE be used?
Turn appliances off before selecting OFF, and do not switch to OFF with the engine running. The 6011 has no alternator-field-disconnect contacts. Its current-carrying ratings do not mean it can interrupt that much load: the product page separately lists a 25 A switching rating.
COMBINE removes the isolation between starter and house banks. Before using it, check that the banks and connected equipment can be paralleled. The official operation diagrams show the internal paths in ON and COMBINE; selecting these states in Crimp changes those same main-current connections.

The model only picks parts and draws the connections. Every wire size and fuse rating still comes from Crimp's own sizing, never from the model.
